- Current Cancellation Conditions
Until further notice we have adjusted the cancellation conditions to the current situation. Should the Covid 19 pandemic result in local or personal travel restrictions (such as quarantine or entry ban to Austria), no cancellation fees will apply.
We politely ask you not to arrive should you show signs of illness. - Entry to Austria
As conditions are changing all the time, we kindly ask you to inform yourself about the entry conditions from your home country before entering Austria. You can find more information here. - NEW – ENTRY TESTS

To ensure a smooth start into your vacation, a negative Corona test is a prerequisite. Please bring proof of your negative test with you and present it upon checking in. You can also send it to us in advance via email to save time!
During your stay, we will offer you the opportunity to get tested every day of the week (see #4).
You have the following options:- Self-test with digital registration: valid for 24h
- Antigen test: valid for 48h
- PCR test: valid for 72h
- Recovered guests: People who were infected with SARS-CoV-2 are exempt from testing for six months after recovery. Please bring proof of this.
- Vaccinated guests: Once the appropriate legal basis is in place, vaccinated guests will also be exempt from the mandatory Corona tests starting on the 22nd day after their initial vaccination and lasting one year. Please carry proof of your vaccination with you.
- Testing for Guests and Employees
Since the re-opening in May 2020, we have been conducting weekly COVID-19 PCR tests for our employees.
In addition, our employees are tested internally on an ongoing basis by trained and empowered employees (Corona Officers) upon their return from days off.
Should you require a negative PCR test for your return home or wish to take a rapid antigen test on your own responsibility, we now offer these tests for you as well:

In order to keep a better distance and to take care of you in the best possible way, you can send us your data in advance. This enables us to guarantee you a fast check-in! - FFP2 Masks
For the best possible corona prevention, FFP2 masks are mandatory in all public areas within the hotel – basically everywhere outside your own room. - Room Hygiene
The daily room cleaning has been adapted to the new standards and worked out together with our hygiene partner. Our room attendants work with cleaning agents containing disinfectants. Linen is washed by a professional company according to strict hygiene regulations. - Culinary
We are very pleased that we can continue to offer you our usual rich buffet breakfast in compliance with the new regulations.
Disinfection dispensers, as well as disposable gloves and cutlery, are available. - Hygienic measures
Our cleaning & disinfection plan has been coordinated on the basis of the current hygiene guidelines of the Austrian Hoteliers Association.
Disinfection racks are distributed throughout the hotel in sensible places (restaurant, reception, entrance area, breakfast room). Cleaning intervals are increased. All rooms are additionally disinfected on a regular basis. All door handles are additionally disinfected on a regular basis. All cleaning products include disinfectant. - Check-out
In order to keep a better distance and to be able to take care of you in the best possible way, we ask you to settle the bill already the evening before your departure until 10 pm or on the day of departure from 6 am onwards.
You can, of course, pay contactless and we would appreciate if you refrain from cash payments at the moment. - Behind the Scenes
The same rules as outlined above apply for our employees, suppliers and all visitors to our house. - What happens if a COVID-19 case occurs at the hotel?
In case a COVID-19 case occurs, we – together with our occupational physician and the Austrian authorities – have developed a detailed action plan to take the correct measures as soon as possible.
In case you do not feel well or ill, please inform us immediately. Our reception staff is trained and can offer you professional help.
The ill or suspected to be ill person, as well as their family members, must remain on their room. We will contact our occupational physician immediately.
